»The Legal Question Regarding the Constitutionality of the Berlin Distance Regulations for Betting Agencies« The Federal State of Berlin has passed a state law specifying distance regulations for betting agencies in Berlin and has furthermore introduced new minimum distance regulations. This study assesses whether these distance regulations are compatible with the Basic Law of the Federal State of Germany and the Constitution of the Federal State of Berlin.
