Today, Servet¿s misdeed seems slight: he rejected the idea of the Trinity because he said it prevented peace between Christianity, Judaism and Islam. Uwe Birnstein explores Servet's life, work and death and finds out why he had to die. Birnstein shows that Servet's theology raises questions still relevant for today's discussion on peace.
