An Examination of the Density of Judicial Control of Article 5(3) TEU.«: The thesis addresses the question of the justiciability of the subsidiarity principle against the background of the reforms of the Lisbon Treaty. It shows which parameters primary law sets for the legal control of the subsidiarity principle laid down in Article 5(3) TEU and how these are reflected in the case law of the ECJ.
