»Potential Collective Bargaining Parties in German Professional Sport« The study examines the question of who can be a collective bargaining party in German professional sport. The author presents the existing players' associations in football, handball and basketball and the sports associations that are responsible for organizing the highest divisions in football, handball and basketball. Then, he examines if respectively under which prerequisites the associations mentioned before meet the legal requirements of a collective bargaining party under German law.
