»Migrants in the North Rhine-Westphalian Penal System. A Legal and Empirical Analysis«: Integration through enforcement of imprisonment - a practiced principle? The author examines the treatment of migrant prisoners in North Rhine-Westphalia's penal system and measures to optimize integration. The legal framework is analyzed, and existing problems are worked out by means of an empirical study. This research work addresses proposals for reform and, for the first time, takes a position on the work of the integration officer.
