Jacob Böhme. Perspektiven der Forschung Buchkatalog

In 2021, the first »International Jacob Böhme Conference« took place in Görlitz. Its aim was to lay the foundation for future research on the »most influential German philosopher before Leibniz« (Schmidt-Biggemann). The articles collected in this first volume of the newly founded series >Böhme-Forschungen< are the result of this conference: Both established scholars and young scholars deal with Böhme's cultural and intellectual context, his conflicts with church officials, the content and development of his thought, as well as his reception from the early modern period to the present.
