»European Discretion in Network Access and Tariff Regulation. The Impact of European Law on the Final Decision Powers of the Regulatory Authority in Network Access and Tariff regulation: An Investigation in the Telecommunications and Energy Sectors against the Background of European Law« The thesis deals with the dogmatics of discretion under administrative law against the background of the influence of European law in telecommunications and energy law. It is examined in which constellations a leeway of the authority results from the European law and in which the density of judicial control is limited. The specific design of the administrative network plays a central role in this context. Furthermore, the results are subjected to a constitutional assessment.
