»The Liability of the Parent Company in the Economic Entity« Thieme analyses the as yet unclarified dogmatic concept of the single economic entity and the reason for the liability of its legal entities. The author examines which of these legal entities must be fined or sued for damages on the national level because of an infringement of Article 101 TFEU. He furthermore demonstrates in which constellations European Union law demands a claim for damages against the parent company and how to implement these requirements in German civil damage proceedings.
