»Court Settlements before German Constitutional Courts« In contrast to civil proceedings, court settlements rarely take place before constitutional courts. Nevertheless, a settlement offers considerable opportunities for parties also in constitutional proceedings. The author examines the admissibility of settlements before constitutional courts. In doing so, she defines the requirements to be met subdividing them in procedural and substantive ones. She then addresses the consequences of a legal defect of the settlement as well as its enforcement.
