»The Price in Public Procurement Law« In public procurement law price is one of the initial points for discussions about possibilities, responsibilities and rights of bidders and purchasers in process of tender vetting. Examples for discussions in this context are the extent of prices in tenders, negotiations about the price as part of the verification of the suitability, contract award criteria or abnormally low tenders. Intent of the dissertation is to systemize existing German jurisprudence and case law in order to show solutions in discussed procurement law problems.
