»Criminal Law before the European Union Courts« The expansion of the Europeanization of criminal law is inevitable. Nevertheless, the European Union's court system has never been adapted to this development. The present text aims to contribute to a criminal justice system that meets the requirements of the rule of law. Principal Claims are the extension of direct remedies before the EU courts, the installation of a European investigating judge and the establishment of a European specialized court for criminal law.
