»Spatial Development Plans for Airports«: With the federal spatial development plans introduced by the amendment of the Spatial Planning Act in 2008 and 2017, the federal government can, i.a., draw up spatial development plans with location concepts for airports. The thesis examines the contents of such plans and its binding effects on other spatial plans. The constitutional foundation of federal spatial planning is also taken into account.
