Excerpt from Berichte der Deutschen Botanische Gesellschaft, 1905, Vol. 23Diese Resultate haben wir auf folgende Weise zu erklären ver sucht: Ammoniumsulfat ist ein "physiologisch-saures Salz [im Sinne des von adolf meyer gebrauchten Ausdruckes und diese Eigen schaft ist so scharf ausgeprägt, dass die P¿anzen von saurer Reaktion leiden, wenn die ganze Stickstofimenge statt Salpeter als Ammonium sulfat gegeben wird, wenn aber Salpeter nur teilweise durch so, ersetzt wird, dann wird die übrigbleibende Schwefelsäure durch drei basisches Calciumphosphat abgestumpft und zugleich ein Teil Phos phorsänre in Lösung übergeführt und den Wurzeln zugänglich ge macht.About the PublisherForgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books.
