»Industrial action and breach of contract« This thesis examines the effects of an industrial action on contractual relations outside the relationship between the employer and employee. The main focus is on the contracts between the companies being involved in a strike and their entrepreneurial contract partners. Contrary to the prevailing view in German legal literature, outside of the employment relationship contractual relations are not subject to any modifications under specific industrial relations law.
