Entwicklung einer mobilen App zur Steigerung der Compliance in der Arzneimitteltherapie Buchkatalog

In Deutschland verursacht die mangelnde Compliance, das bedeutet Therapietreue, in der Arzneimitteltherapie rund 3-4% der jährlichen Gesundheitsausgaben. Studien haben gezeigt, dass Smartphone-Apps zur Therapieunterstützung die Patientencompliance dauerhaft verbessern können. Gegenwärtige Apps wurden bedarfsorientiert entwickelt und dienten als Anlass, die Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse der potenziellen Zielgruppe zu untersuchen. Auf Grundlage einer Befragung von 1.000 chronisch Erkrankten stellt die vorliegende Studie Hinweise und Empfehlungen zur Entwicklung einer bedürfnisorientierten Best-of-Breed-Lösung zusammen. Zudem zeigt die Arbeit, dass altersassoziierte Problemstellungen die größte Herausforderung bei der Entwicklung einer künftigen Compliance-App darstellen werden. User-centred analysis of requirements for the development of a mobile app to increase compliance in drug therapy About 50% of all patients with chronic illnesses take medications not correctly. In Germany, the lack of compliance in drug therapy causes around 3-4% of annual health care costs. Studies show that mobile health apps that support patients within their therapy, can permanently improve compliance. Existing applications were developed demand-oriented and form the basis to examine the requirements and needs of the potential target group. Based on a survey of 1, 000 patients with chronic illnesses, this study summarizes advices and recommendations to develop a need-oriented best-of-breed solution. As a conclusion the results of this study show that age-related problems will become the biggest challenge in the development of a future compliance app.
